I picked up some baladi bread at the market the other day to go with the babaghanoush, koshari, and other good food I was preparing for dinner. I presented dinner, and of everything on the table, my 7yo, eyes glowing, went for the bread.. "oh Mom! I didn't know you knew how to make baladi bread!!!" ... well, no... but at least I got credit for serving it.
